Size & Selection Responsibility

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Customers are advised to carefully review the size charts available on our website prior to placing an order. For further assistance, measurements can also be provided upon request via phone.

Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective item, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 3 days of delivery. Please note that claims made after this period will not be entertained.

Product Availability

All products and promotional offers displayed on our website are subject to availability. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot guarantee the availability of specific sizes or styles for delayed orders.

 

Additionally, items cannot be reserved or held for extended periods.

Reporting Time Frame

Customers must report any issue within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • Proof (photo/video) may be required
Refund Policy

Cash refunds are generally not offered.

Approved cases will be compensated via exchange or store credit (depending on the situation)

  • If the error is on our side, we bear shipping costs.
  • Otherwise, customer bears return shipping charges
